Yes definitely! SaberFit is a fun and safe full body workout. Our instructors are professionally trained, american council on exercise (ace) and standard first aid certified. Our certified ace personal trainer is also able to adjust the fitness level for the workout to accommodate to the participants. In fact, the oldest participant we had was 80 years old!

Add on services are available for your saberfit class! From catering services to first aid services, you name it we have it for all corporate events. Feel free to tell us what you need and you only have to focus on getting ready for your full body workout!
The SaberFit class will be conducted by our trained facilitators. Our facilitators are all professionally trained facilitators with our proprietary ASEA™ facilitator training programme that is iso 9001:2015 certified.
