The Four Pillars Sydney Lab’s masterclasses are taught by one of the distillers. Delicious cocktails! Have always been a fan of four pillars gin, the laboratory is a great place to try their delicious concoctions. You can also pick up a bottle from the store downstairs from the bar. Staff were super friendly and it was a great place for drinks whether you like gin or not.
