Dr. William Tam (MBBS. FRACP. PhD) is a founding member of Adelaide Gastroenterology, having received his medical qualifications in 1993 from the University of Adelaide. In 2000, he was elected to the Royal Australasian College of Physicians as a Fellow. He completed his PhD work on reflux disease and Barrett’s oesophagus while still in graduate school, which led to further education in both Amsterdam and Tokyo.
