The dishes are ‘comfort food’ with a local twist — from their range of croissant sandwiches to their Duck Breast Congee and Prawn Curry Mash. I’ve come here several times with my wife and it has never disappointed with their charcoal waffles. They even support deliveries (to some locations), but nothing beats the waffles being prepared by them.
Their charcoal waffles are nice and crispy, while remaining fluffy. I’ve always gotten the cookies and cream ice cream while my wife takes the dark chocolate. Their salted caramel sauce really takes the flavours to the next level and I look forward to coming back many more times

If I had to pick a favourite cafe on the east, Craftsman would be it. Quality of food and coffee are consistent making it my go to comfort food.
