The main restaurant at the resort is named after American boxing champion Jack Dempsey, who was known for his brashness when he boxed. Since 1987, Jumbo Seafood has been the go-to spot for Singapore’s well-known chilli crab dish at the still-popular East Coast Seafood Centre. Fortunately, because to the company’s presence on the island, you can easily acquire your chilli crab fix. Enjoyed the flavours and the quality of ingredients. The best dish was the bone marrow. The prawns and octopus were fresh and flavourful. Barramundi was fresh and meaty, and the curry fine. The veal tenderloin was tender and the sauce was good. The kueh salat was great and was a big piece. Liked it that there was more of the custard layer than the rice layer.
