I enjoyed the dim sum brunch here with my family. There was a wide variety of food, and the things i enjoyed most were the chicken rice and the laksa. I liked that the service was good, with them clearing the plates frequently, and also acceding to our multiple requests like more chicken and less rice for the chicken rice. It was also a nice touch with the dim sum trolley moving around to the tables. I liked that there was a special birthday cake prepared as i was celebrating my birthday.Janice Mok

Japanese fine dining with a rather exquisite look and feel in Singapore. Great restaurant to dine at for special occasions. Dishes served were delightful to the taste buds. The wasabi flavoured chicken (pic 1) really stood out the most to me. The dessert also came with a Happy Birthday greeting which is beautifully written, though I must say the taste that accompanied it was tremendously sweet and lacking of any unique flavour unlike the other dishes.
Otherwise, everything is great and worth the experience!Damo Wales

From the service to the food to the ambience and thankful for a nice weather. Could not see much of a sunset, but the serenity of the ocean makes up for the lack. Special mention to Tara and Anna who were an absolute joy to us. They often checked in on how we were doing and was v prompt in their service. Look for a fridge door – that’s where The Dragon Chamber’s genuine entrance is.
Enter the shop and you’ll be immersed in a darker, more mysterious atmosphere — with vintage posters and chinoiserie that give it an earthy, underground feel similar to former Hong Kong gang dens.
The cuisine is also full of surprises, as are the drinks. Unusual ingredients are celebrated, resulting in meals such as the Dragon Claw, a braised crocodile paw in a herbal sauce, and the theatrical Flaming Pineapple Beef.
After that, visit Dopa Dopa Creamery for some of the city’s best pistachio gelato.
- Interesting location
- Brings back age-old Chinese dishes
- Unconventional ingredients
Came here for my father’s birthday celebration and he loved this place. FYI my father is a fussy Eater but he gave thumbs up for the foods here, especially the Irish roasted duck and dragon claw. The dragon claw has a rich Chinese herbs aroma and the Irish duck skin is so crispy yet the meat still maintain its juiciness. The ambience is nice and the waiter and waitress are friendly and attentive. Overall we enjoyed our dining experience here and would definitely visit here again.Loke Choy Yin

Uncle had a delightful lunch in the dark dark labyrinth. A very creative atas twist was given to uncle’s favourite local hawker dishes here. Kudos to the brilliant chef and his team for their efforts to redefine hawker food and showcase local produce. Service was great too as the staff happily entertained the musings of uncle. Definitely come here if you want to soar to gastronomic stratosphere!Hh Ng

6 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays:
7 a.m. to 7 a.m.
Colony appears to be another hotel buffet restaurant at first sight, but a clever use of the interior melds nostalgia for a previous British-colonial era with more contemporary elements. The serenity and beauty of the outdoor space are complemented with a multiroom split-level structure, antique furniture, and a sprinkling of tartan and houndstooth patterns. It’s the incredible food experience that will have you coming back for more.
The seven kitchens and their ‘active cooking stations’ showcase the finest of local cuisines, including Chinese, Indian, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Western dishes. You’ll be overwhelmed with options, including fresh seafood, delectable grilled meats, laksa and other distinctive Singaporean specialties, dim sum, breads baked in the Tandoor style, and a delectable selection of pastries and sweets. The bar’s most popular drinks are named for Singapore’s founding fathers. The “Indonesian Sunset” is a tropical fruit punch, while the “Ganache Martini” is made with Dark Chocolate Liqueur and Baileys Irish Cream liqueur. If you’re in the mood for something more classic, try one of Colony’s.

- Table-side cocktails

Great vibes! Staff are really helpful and friendly. Now we are able to walk around to get the food. However we cannot take ourselves. The staff will prepare for us. Oysters and Prawns are really fresh. The Ravioli and soup are really nice. My boyfriend love the soft roll and butter. The only slight disappointment I would say is the dessert – not as amazing as the mains. But will definitely go back again! There are 10-15% discount on different cards.eunice lim

It’s not often that you can go to Singapore and claim you’re fleeing the city, but drive or take a bus ride into the quiet outskirts near Seletar Airport, and you’ll discover deserted fields, lush tropical vegetation, and The Summerhouse, a new restaurant, bar, and cafe built inside a colonial-era Royal Airforce Bungal. There’s a good chance you’ll forget you’re in Singapore while walking through the hilly vegetation of the surrounding countryside, but Chef Chris Millar’s team will remind you that you’re in one of the world’s best dining cities with their food and drinks.
This is a high-end restaurant with a heart for nature that was created in collaboration with rural communities in Singapore and further afield, and which is complemented with locally grown produce from an on-site organic garden. Flowers and plants from the yard are employed to decorate the plate and each mouthful bursts with sun-ripened, sustainably sourced tastes thanks to Singapore’s constant sunshine.
- Nature-inspired, farms-to-table cuisine
I went to this place first time and the place is really lovely. Booked the garden dome for dinner and we had few courses which tasted incredible. I had Vicky as a table attendant. He was very knowledgeable about the food ingredients which made all dishes more interesting. He was very warm and helpful. Everything here is just perfect. Highly recommended.Petite Pear

Monti at 1-Pavilion, known for its award-winning architectural marvel and beautiful multi-concept room, is still the bay’s jewel of culinary excellence, new-age cocktail inventions, and stunning vistas of the entire Marina Bay. Monti, located in the historic Fullerton Pavilion, is a wonderful blend of elegance and old-school charm. From rich, jewel-toned pieces to floor-to-ceiling windows that provide plentiful natural light by day and city twinkle lights by night, she is a great combination of both beauty and antiquity.
Monti’s cuisine is co-created by both culinary masters, and the menus are meant to reflect the soul of real Tuscan-Italian food in a way that elevates it to new heights – using only high-quality ingredients carefully acquired in imitation of her décor – as well as olive oils produced especially for the restaurant. Chef Emanuele is a master of innovation in the kitchen, like his mentor and culinary hero, Chef Felix. Emanuele’s menu is straightforward and easy to love, with composed starters and main courses that capture the essence of Italy.

The restaurant looks a bit old and dusty from the outside, however, the food and the view definitely makes the place deserved to hold you and your beloved ones for some good time.Sophie Jiang
The 6-course dinner was great. Food was served in warm dishes. Every single details was perfect. Especially the waiters were warm-welcoming and nice. They introduced each dish to us. They were enthusiastic and the atmosphere was light and friendly. And the restaurant provided me a small piece of birthday cake.
Overall, we sat at the window table and enjoyed a beautiful view of Marina Bay. The food and service was brilliant.
The second floors is a bar. It was quite breezy at night.
Nice place to visit again.

Brasserie Les Saveurs, located at The St. Regis Singapore, is a respite of timeless elegance and discriminating taste dedicated to the art of culinary excellence and traditional epicurean pleasures inspired by heritage and tradition.
Delight in culinary traditions that have been resurrected, such as pâté en croûte, a pastry-enveloped terrine with pork and foie gras pate flavored with pistachios, herbs, and onion compote served chilled to reveal its full flavors. The Escargots de Bourgogne is a great choice for an alternative flavor, with its nutrient-rich snails cooked in a court bouillon and baked in “beurre d’escargots,” allowing the buttery sauce to permeate completely throughout the meat.
- Signature rituals at The St. Regis Singapore
Had a birthday celebration here on a tuesday night and the service was impeccable, special shoutout to Thomas and Alvin! All the dishes were really good, although I thought the escargots were average. I especially enjoyed my pork loin, which was very tender and well cooked. The creme brûlée is also a must try, the best I’ve tasted in SG. They also gave us a complimentary birthday cake upon informing them that we were celebrating a birthday. Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner here and would come back again!ZX

Service by the team is top notch, attending to our requests down to the little details, the front of house guided us to our seats and helped cleared all extra set of utensils promptly, even helped to clear our finished food without asking. Manager took our orders and food was served with little to no delays. Tried Catalonian food for the first time at Gaig and it was outstanding. My photos really don’t do them justice, but the cold tomato soup with jamon ice cream and fideua with carabinero prawns were excellent. I especially loved the fideua. We also tried the stuffed pigeon, cannelloni, txangurro, crispy bread, and Catalonian creme brulee. They were all fantastic. The sangrias were also really delicious (both red and white).Andrew Yee

Chef Simon and Bar Manager Agnes created an unforgettable experience at Fat Prince for us last night! It was truly one of the only meals I’ve ever had as a vegetarian that I didn’t feel left out in any way! Every dish was so balanced and thought through. Simple enough to casually enjoy yet played with a complex array of flavors and textures all at the same time. It was a refreshing take to many familiar ingredients that I would have never thought to pair, however, every bite was the perfect amount of depth and lightness! It was obvious that there was intention and passion behind each menu item. The ambiance is one of a kind. Trendy, moody, upscale, yet comfortable. We can’t wait to be back!Kylie Boyd

Went out for new year/birthday dinner for our first time here. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was excellent. Environment was relaxed and cosy. Menu wasn’t what we expected (based on name) but the flavours were totally on point and everything was perfect. Husband told them it was my birthday and the surprised me with a delicious chocolate tart and caramel ice cream dessert. The only disappointments were in the orange wine (never had t before, won’t ever again yuck) and timings.
