School Carnival Singapore

A school carnival is built from booths. You choose a mix of game booths, live food and drink stations, inflatables, photo booths, entertainers and decorations, and we bring the equipment, the crew and the setup.

Every package is quoted around your budget, your student numbers and the space you have, so no two carnivals look the same. Send us the date, the cohort size and roughly what you want to spend, and we will come back with a booth list.

Carnival game booths range from classic fairground games to our own group activities scaled down into booth format – Giant Whack A Mole, Bullet Ball, Ninja Tag, Poolball and Combat Archery Tag all work well as booths.

We also run creative booths such as Art Jamming, Terrarium, Candle Making and Balloon Sculpting for students who would rather make something than run around.

Yes. Live food stations are one of the most popular parts of a school carnival – popcorn, candy floss, ice cream, hot dogs, french fries, nachos and traditional local snacks, plus drink stations like bubble tea, teh tarik and slushies.

Each station is manned by our crew and served fresh on site. We will advise how many stations your cohort size needs so the queues stay manageable.

On your school grounds – a hall, a covered courtyard, a field, or a combination of all three. We check the space beforehand and plan the booth layout around how students will move between stations.

If the school does not have the space, we can run the carnival at one of our venues instead, several of which have up to eight separate playing areas.

From a single level of around 100 students up to a full cohort of 500 or more. The number of booths and crew scales with the headcount.

We have run large-scale events for over a decade, so crowd flow, queue management and rotation between booths are planned in from the start rather than sorted out on the day.

Most school carnivals run for half a day, typically 3 to 4 hours of student-facing time. Our crew arrives well before that to set up and stays afterwards to tear down.

If you are running a full-day event, or splitting the cohort across two sessions, we will plan the booth rotation with you.

Pricing starts from $25 per student and depends on the number of booths, the food stations you include and the size of the cohort.

No. Every booth comes with our own trained crew, so your teachers are free to supervise rather than run stations.

Student helpers are welcome if the school wants to involve them and our crew will brief them, but nothing in the programme depends on them turning up.

We agree a wet-weather arrangement with you before the day, usually moving booths into a hall or under sheltered walkways. Food stations and most game booths can operate under shelter.

The wet-weather plan and any conditions attached to it are confirmed in writing as part of your quotation, so the school knows exactly where it stands.

Book as early as you can. Carnival dates around Childrens Day, Youth Day, Teachers Day and end-of-year celebrations go first, and six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable.
