Everything you need to know about organising class bonding, cohort camps and orientation programmes for students in Singapore.
From primary school students through to junior college and university undergraduates. The activity stays the same, but the briefing, the rules and the pacing change with the age group.
When we plan a programme we ask for the level and the context – a Primary 5 leadership camp needs something different from a university orientation week.
Active team games are the most popular – Combat Archery Tag, Laser Tag, Bubble Soccer, Bullet Ball and Ninja Tag. Amazing Race and Escape Room work well when the objective is problem-solving rather than energy.
For indoor sessions or mixed-ability groups, Giant Board Games, Funsical: 100 and Art Jamming are reliable choices.
Yes. We build the programme around the objective rather than the other way round. For Bendemeer Primary School annual Primary 5 Leadership Camp we designed a Combat Archery Tag programme around the camp leadership and teamwork objectives, with instructions pitched at the students age and their energy levels after an intense camp schedule.
Tell us what the camp is meant to achieve and we will draft a proposal against it.
Yes, and most of our student sessions are run on school grounds – the hall, the field, a covered courtyard, or classrooms for workshops.
We check the space in advance and bring everything with us. We can also host at our venues if you would rather get the students off campus.
From a single class up to a full cohort of 500 or more. Facilitator numbers and station counts scale with the headcount, and we plan rotations so no group is left standing around waiting for a turn.
Managing a large group of excited students is the part schools worry about most, so it is the part we plan hardest.
A single activity runs 1 to 2 hours. A half-day camp block typically covers two activities with a break in between, and a full-day programme covers three to four.
We will build the timetable around your camp schedule, including meal breaks and assembly times.
Every activity starts with a safety briefing and a clear explanation of the rules before any equipment is handed out. Our facilitators are trained to run the games and to keep control of large groups of students.
Equipment is checked before each session. Teachers stay on hand throughout, and we will tell you in advance what supervision we need from the school.
Very little. Our facilitators run the briefings, the games and the scoring. Teachers supervise their own students and help with class-level discipline, which is what students respond to best.
You do not need to prepare materials, set up equipment or organise student helpers.
Prices start from $25 per student and depend on the activity, the cohort size and whether we come to you. Larger cohorts usually work out cheaper per head.
If the school has a fixed budget per student, tell us the figure and we will build the programme to fit it.
As early as possible for camp season. Orientation weeks in January, mid-year camps in May and June, and post-exam activities in October and November are the busiest periods and get booked out first.
Six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable. We provide an itemised quotation suitable for school procurement within one business day of your enquiry.
