These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the experiences and games provided by The Fun Empire Pte. Ltd., and its related entities, affiliates, partners, licensees and agents (collectively, “FunEmpire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By clicking “I agree”, or by participating in any FunEmpire game, activity, event or experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability.

1. Eligibility & Voluntary Participation

By participating in any of our activities, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you have obtained consent from a parent, guardian, or authorised school/corporate representative.
• You are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own safety and well-being throughout the activity.
• You agree to the terms outlined in our Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability, which forms an integral part of these Terms
• Where you are registering on behalf of other participants, you confirm that you have the authority to act on their behalf and that they too accept these Terms.

2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

All participants must review and accept our Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability prior to joining any FunEmpire activity, game, event and/or experience. This document outlines the inherent risks and your responsibility in acknowledging and assuming those risks.

You understand that participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. You agree that FunEmpire is not liable for any injury, loss. damage, or claims arising from your participation. You release FunEmpire from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
