We’ve been going here for many years. The service is nice and the food is good. I really like their pizzas: very authentic with a nice range of toppings and way better than what you’d get at any of the chain places. The starters are nice, as are their steak dishes, which are good for sharing. They also have nice desserts. There is also a discount for take-away orders.Anton 999

One of favourite izakaya place and been a regular here for years, esp for their skewers. Always done nicely, not too salty or under salty and grilled to perfection. What i like is the pace of which the dishes come out, its paced such that none of the dish will turn cold. Recommend their yuzu drink as well if you’re not into sake.SH Lim

Toby’s Estate by Toby Smith, if you’ve ever spent time in Sydney, is undoubtedly no stranger. The outlet on Robertson Quay along the Singapore River that opened in 2011 is recognized for its Arabica coffee, and it also has a fast and slow bar to distinguish between different brewing techniques.
When you sit at one of Toby’s Estate’s long communal tables, interaction with other visitors is encouraged.
- Highest quality
- Passion for coffee, tea & chocolate
- Quality raw materials
A popular breakfast place, lucky to be able to get a table in a short time. The portion is reasonably generous. Customisable meal choices with various add ons. As mentioned, they are not stingy. The brioche bread was impressive for me. Soft and fluffy! Scrambled eggs are a treat and mushrooms has a wild nature taste that day. The smike salmon is done perfectly, blended well with the rest of the items, not too salty.

Tuesday trivia events, as well as Wednesday pint evenings at this Australian bar, Boomarang, contribute to the continual liveliness and uniqueness of the place.
The Peppered Kangaroo Loin and Chicken Parmigiano are just a few of the reasons guests return to Boomarang, where a filling meal should cost around $40. It’s difficult to explain why its name is misspelled.
- Australian café
- Bistro food
- Fun Nights

Luca Iannone, the founder of D.O.P., is from Campania, Italy, where the world-famous Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is produced, so he understands a thing or two about this silky cheese. - Menu was created and is constantly refreshed
- Serving only fresh food
- Authentic Italian products
Great hospitality and very courteous staff. We were a group of 3 friends and had a great time.
Being vegeterian, they customized some of their dishes for us. The smoked burratina was average (customized by adding mixed veg salad instead of meat – is avoidable) but the pasta we ordered was good. Tiramisu was excellent and completely responsible for my current rating.Sharmili Phulgirkar
10. Les Bouchons Rive Gauche

The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. You might think you’re at a lovely café in France with a beautiful patio overlooking the Singapore River, as well as rustic French bistro cuisine. Escargot drowned in garlic butter, various charcuterie, and bone marrow on toast are among the starters.
For mains, the Sirloin Steak with free-flow handmade French fries and a bottle of extremely inexpensive house wine is hard to beat.
- Showcasing classic French cuisine
- Quality steak frites
- Robust flavours and textures
Nice cosy relaxing atmosphere and friendly staffs. Sirloin Steaks being the favourite, taste the best with a combination of burnt, beef fats and texture, but need some patient and skill to cut it with the knife and fork. Salmon is done just right retaining the juice and between medium and well done texture. Giant prawns is well cooked and can be mistaken for lobster meat. Wine may be restaurant priced like double but is a really nice for all drinker.Axiomica
