After a detailed event consultation process with Honeywell’s event committee members (which involved multiple phone calls, email conversations, and face-to-face meetings), we were able to develop a comprehensive event programme and a list of activities that suited the participants’ profile and interests. The committee members were extremely satisfied with our proposed schedule of activities – Laser Tag, PoolBall, Combat Archery Tag, Saber Tag. We also recommended a relaxing fringe activity – assorted giant board games – for participants who preferred activities that required less physical exertion, especially for pregnant ladies and aged employees.
Regardless of the game type, team building was definitely enhanced through teamwork and collaboration. Participants also got to hone their strategic and planning skills through the diverse gameplay – the development of attack and defence strategies as a team required effective communication and team work to execute successfully.
Since this was a full-day event, our team suggested bringing in attractive snack booths such as traditional ice-cream, assorted kacang puteh, candy floss, unlimited supply of iced milo and energy drinks to enhance the carnival atmosphere of the event.
