The Drunken Abalone and French Bouchot Mussel AOP are two of the more unusual dishes available here. It’s an experience you won’t get anyplace else in Southeast Asia.

Key Differentiators:

Customer Review:

5 stars for me as it was one of the most memorable restaurants I’ve dined in. I don’t think there are other places in SG that’s able to give you the same ambience. If you don’t mind spending more, get the table with the best view (so you can see the fishes swimming). Course dinner and dishes were quite unique overall.

Singapore has some fantastic local cuisine, but let’s be honest, hawker centres aren’t really romantic. Take your sweetheart on the GOURMETbus instead! The distinctive sightseeing tour serves meals from Michelin Bib Gourmand Award winners such as Tian Tian Chicken Rice and Kok Sen Tze Char, which are both renowned for their lusciousness.

The tour will take you past notable places like the Singapore Flyer, Chinatown, and the Esplanade. The Gardens by the Bay are visited on both lunch and dinner tours; however, we recommend the dinner tour since you’ll be able to observe the supertrees light up!

Customer Review:

Hands down one of the best value experiences I had in Singapore. For the price, you pay you to get a 5-star dining experience with a very generous serving size, a very comfortable and modern air-conditioned tour bus and an incredibly friendly and informative host/guide.

Very interesting experience! My wife and I spent the whole dinner guessing what we were eating. Our server was very polite and checked on us regularly. The food was nice (can’t tell you what, you have got to check it out) and we left feeling full. The current location is closing on 28 Aug due to their lease expiry so you all better give it a try soon!

Customer Review:

It was an impressive event, from the design of the place to the wonderful experience made possible by the enthusiastic and friendly facilitators, to the food that was prepared in each course. Only that I find the meal time given was a little short, between 5-10 mins, if 15mins could be given for main courses would be ideal. Otherwise, a perfect evening spent.

This fine-dining restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Singapore employs 3D projection to create a cinematic experience right on your table, complete with immersive environments and characters!

The World’s Smallest Chef follows the world’s tiniest chef as he travels down China’s renowned Silk Road. You’ll enjoy meals from a one-of-a-kind six-course menu, made with ingredients found on the road by the chef.

Key Differentiators:

  • Silk Road theme
  • Cinematic experience
  • Immersive two-hour dinner

Customer Review:

Wonderful experience – let the Petit Chef take you around the world in under two hours! You’ll get to dine in the Grand Hyatt’s wine cellar with host Iggie, who was entertaining and funny. That said, food was just average – there’s a good variety and some unique flavours, but nothing particularly impressive. The presentation was good though! Still, worth a visit for the experience and change of scenery especially for times like this when we can’t travel.
